Social Concerns according to The Archdiocesan Secretariat of Catholic Charities recognizes that not only is it important to assist our neighbors in their time of immediate need, but to also walk beside them and provide the tools they may need on their journey to rise above their current situations.
Did you know we have a Social Concerns Committee that organizes support for our community? They organize a 2nd collection at Mass on the 2nd Sunday of each month, to support a cause near and dear to our hearts. In January, we collected $940.48 for Sanctity of Life. Thank you for your support!
In February, our 2nd on the 2nd collection benefitted Family Promise of Linn County. -
Meetings are held every 3rd Thusday of the month
at 5:30-6:30 pm in the Youth Room. -
